ABI System Navigation of Southeastern Ontario was introduced to the region in the fall of 2011.  It is comprised of the System Navigator and Service Coordinators of Community Care Support Services funded brain injury services.  We cover Southeast Ontario, the former Local Health Integration Network (LHIN) #10, which was termed the “Southeast” LHIN. We are operated out of the office of  Community Brain Injury Services in Kingston; however, System Navigation services are offered across our Southeastern Ontario. We also collaborate with many other services including Pathways to Independence and March of Dimes Canada.

When you contact us you may be directed to speak with a number of different individuals.  This will depend on the type of service you are requesting and the area that you live.  We maintain close communication between all staff and you can be assured that you can access any eligible services through your contact.
