Summary

A twice weekly exercise program for people with a mobility impairment, run by the Queens University School of Kinesiology and Health Studies at St. Mary’s of the Lake Hospital Physiotherapy Gym.

The program is specifically for healthy community dwelling adults between 18 and 65 years of age, living with a mobility impairment (e.g. spinal cord injury, MS, stroke, amputations, ABI). Participants should be interested in improving physical endurance and strength.

Specialized Training

Services are provided by Queens students under the supervision of a personal trainer and Physical Education graduate.
