- Information * support and referral
- Monthly support groups held in Kingston, Napanee and Sydenham for people with stroke, family caregivers and couples
- Virtual Support Groups for people with Stroke, Aphasia, their Caregivers
- Stoke Survivor Peer Support
- Aphasia Buddy volunteer support
- Aphasia Conversation Group with SLP – offered twice annually
As of January 2022, weekly virtual Group schedule:
– Stroke Survivor Support: Tuesday @ 2-3pm
– Aphasia Peer Support: Wednesdays @ 10-11am
– Peer Volunteer led Stroke Survivor Support: Weekly Thursdays @11-11:40am
– Caregiver Support: Bi-weekly Wednesdays @ 12-1pm
Monthly In-Person Groups for people with Stroke, Aphasia, their Caregivers.(*Please contact facilitator (information end of page) for registration and up to date in-person programing information, in-person groups can be cancelled due to covid-19 restrictions)
– Napanee: Aphasia support and Stroke support groups. For people with Stroke, Aphasia, and their Caregivers
– Sydenham: Stroke support group for people with Stroke, Aphasia, and their Caregivers.
– Kingston: Aphasia support, Caregiver support, and Stroke Survivor support groups, for people with Stroke, Aphasia, and their Caregivers
