On Monday April 2, 2012 primary health care providers from across the region will meet to discuss issues together. I will be bringing System Navigation to the doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals there in the hopes to raise awareness and make connections.
As our family health care team is often the first and most regular source of contact for many when our health takes a turn, I believe it is vital that these individuals are aware of the resources available through System Navigation to help their patients along the way.
