Come visit us and a host of other community services at the Rising Heights Community Health Fair at 263 Weller Avenue, Kingston from 11 am  – 2 pm.  Learn about brain injury prevention and design your own helmet, and take a few minutes to learn about the impact of brain injury and resources available.  It is sure to be a fun day while learning more about what’s available in the Kingston community.  Hope to see you there!
