The date has been set for the Regional Community Brain Injury Service Annual Conference.  This year’s theme will be “Crossing the Contiuum” which will take a look at the contiuum of care after a loved one is injured.  The conference is held annually each fall for family and friends of people with brain injuries.  The event will be held on November 22, 2013 from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm.

A panel of six local professionals will be featured to discuss how their roles form an integral part of the system supporting individuals after a brain injury.  Representatives will come from acute care and rehabilitation hospitals, as well as services within the community.  They will be available to explain the scope of their services and how they support the healing process, as well as to answer questions from the audience in an interactive discussion.
