Thursday February 7th, 2019 the Stroke Network of Southeastern Ontario held Community Stroke Partners’ Expo at the Ramada Kingston Hotel & Conference Centre.
Through rapid podium presentations and exhibitors, Health Care Providers working with stroke survivors and caregivers across the continuum of care (i.e. primary care, acute, rehabilitation and community) in Kingston, Frontenac and Lennox & Addington Counties networked and learned about community agencies, programs, and services that provide support to stroke survivors and their families.
